When Aastro Roofing came to us looking for another marketing company they knew the other company wasn’t achieving what they wanted. We had a few things to assess.
Firstly, when we did a brand search for some reason their business listings with homeadviser.com and several others were floating above their actual website.
Secondly, this was taking money off their table because every lead that would go through HomeAdviser or any other platform when they did a brand search would go through them and they would have to pay for the lead.
Reasoning: Every lead that comes through these platforms costs money, but when people are searching for their actual brand name, they already know the company and they’re looking to do business with them already.
Solution: We had to rebuild the website to better configure it for conversions on mobile and on desktop. We also started a press release campaign to get a better reference to their Name Address and Phone Number. The reason we did this was to get their brand name to pop up above their business listings that were floating above their brand search. Their Brand Search was “Aastro Roofing Company.”
Below we will reference what we did to increase their revenue by over 1 million dollars over the course of a few months at the cost of $3200.00 a month for an all-inclusive package. Competitor Analysis for Roofing in Palm Beach County: First we assessed their competitors to see how many business listings they had referencing their business name, addresses, and phone numbers. We then made a list of all the top business listings for roofers and also the top business listings for businesses in general. We then orchestrated a plan to build out 400 business listings to compete with their highest competitors which had 360+ business listings.
Cleaning up all business listings to list accurate information: Aastro Roofing Company was once located in Boca Raton which had several business listings still referring to Boca Raton. This had to be fixed while we were doing the business listing buildout. We simultaneously handled this while addressing several other issues associated with the business.
