Project Brief Overview

The client came into our office and told us she had exclusive rights to an innovative and high-end anti-aging/anti-wrinkle line of products for men and women. Initially, the client was building her business plan under the brand name, Trend Alert. Due to the high-end nature of the product and price point, we suggested a complete rebranding of the company to represent the luxury product line. Thus, Balancè replaced Trend Alert.

Over the next several months, we created an eCommerce website, social media channels, a Google Business Profile, an Amazon Seller account, Digital Ads accounts, and more. Upon completion of Balancè’s digital foundation, we launched a major press release announcing the new luxury skincare brand. We capitalized on the publicity from the press release by pushing hard through various marketing channels and the rest, as they say, is history.

Initial Concept Planning

Through market research, we unearthed several competitors in this industry. After extensive research into the successful competitors’ marketing strategies, we were able to replicate them and make favorable adjustments for our client.

Implementation of Strategy

After building all of the foundational elements for this client’s business, we ran several A/B tests to target the desired audience with pinpoint accuracy. Just prior to the distribution of the press release we created for this client, we had launched a full-scale digital ads campaign through social media and Google Ads. To maximize the client’s ROI on the digital ads campaigns, we initially targeted our specific audience in eight major metropolitan cities in the United States.

Over the Next 6 Months

Through continuous monitoring of our digital ads campaigns and social media engagement, we slowly expanded our target audience territory – making adjustments along the way – and we were able to generate $86,400 in revenue for this client. Over the next six months, we project this total to more than double!
