The initial setup process takes approximately 90 days to start ranking while getting your
profile live can take up to 4 weeks due to Google’s postcard verification process.

Google takes up to 3 business days to approve new information. If it’s not approved, we
submit an inquiry that typically takes five (5) business days to receive a response.

It’s possible that your on-site SEO is not aligned with the keywords you want to rank for.
Remember, it takes around 90 days to start ranking, and it may take about 6 months to gain full
recognition from Google.

We consistently update your profile on a weekly basis, including adding geo-tagged images
of your services and location. We also monitor and respond to any negative reviews and make
updates based on any information you want to add or change

You will receive monthly updates on your profile by the last day of each month. The report will
be available in your portal for your convenience. If you would like to discuss the report further,

Google generates the target keywords based on trending topics and search volume
specific to your services and location. We do not create the keywords ourselves.

Simply submit a ticket through our support system, and we will respond within 2 business
days to address your changes.

You can easily upload photos by visiting your portal and accessing your Google Drive link

Profiles can be flagged or suspended by Google for various reasons, and unfortunately, they
do not provide us with specific reasons. If this occurs, we will submit an inquiry to reinstate your
profile, which can take up to 2 weeks.

Yes, we actively respond to reviews and also flag negative reviews for potential removal.
However, please note that the final decision to remove a review rests with Google.
